Who can apply to be a stallholder?

You must be the maker, baker, or creator of your products which must be created locally in New Zealand with New Zealand products. However Artisan Craft Market does understand that some parts of your finished products may need to be imported, but you must be the maker that puts the parts and equipment together. If you are a baker, you must have an up to date Food Licence and be prepared to show this to Artisan Craft Market. All food must be covered and sealed, however taste tests are allowed. Please be hygienic, using disposable equipment and gloves when needed. There are also a variety of conditions where Artisan Craft Market will not accept certain products.

Artisan craft market does not accept:

• Businesses or Corporations that people sell on behalf of. • Stallholders that import products 100% • Stallholders that provide a service that is not a handmade craft or visual art form. • Stallholders who do not create or make their products. • Stallholders can not sell any type of second hand products, unless it has been upcycled and changed and made by you. • Products containing nudity, male or female, violence, foul language and obscenities (also includes written and printed), witchcraft, healing crystals, or anything which is culturally insensitive.
